GENERAL ||

• By commissioning me you have confirmed that you have read and agree to these terms of service.

• I reserve the right to accept or reject any commission offer for any reason, with or without stated reason.

  • This includes rejections or refunds due to rude, abusive, or otherwise upsetting behavior towards me. Please be respectful.​

• I retain all rights to the final product.

  • Please contact me directly to work out other rights.

  • All prices listed are for PERSONAL COMMISSIONS ONLY.

  • You may repost the finished work WITH CREDIT if it is FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.

• When you commission me, you are purchasing a Word/Google document - there will be no physical copies (unless made by you).

  • Commissioners are allowed to create physical copies of work created for them FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. (i.e. not for sale purposes)

• All finished commissions will be uploaded to my various socials unless other arrangements are made.

  • If requested, the commission can remain private at +50% base price. This is due to needing to keep
    posting recent examples.

• Please do not harass me regarding your commission. This includes: frequent messages, spamming my socials, and continuously asking for updates (i.e. waiting less than a week before asking).

  • I will update you as often as possible, but if I haven't contacted you in MORE THAN ONE WEEK, you may ask me what's going on if you're wondering about it.

• Edits/revisions are limited to THREE total:

  • A list of edits/revisions is considered ONE edit. Please organize your thoughts accordingly - even if it takes you extra time to do so.

  • I will not edit commissions after they are confirmed as complete.

• Terms of Service and Pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. 

• If you have questions that are not answered by this document, please contact me!

• My work cannot be used for NFTs!

PAYMENT ||

• Payment is expected BEFORE I begin working on a commission.

  • I will accept full pre-payment, half upfront and half when complete, or by chapter for longer works.

• Paypal, and Ko-fi are accepted. All Paypal commissions will be completed via invoice.

  • After accepting a Paypal commission, I will ask for your Paypal email to issue the invoice.

• Do not send payment until I have accepted/confirmed your order.

• If payment is not received within 48 hours WITHOUT CONTACT, I will cancel the commission.

• Commissioners are not expected to cover PayPal or Ko-fi fees. If you choose to add a tip, I welcome and appreciate it, but it is by no means required.

• I do not issue refunds UNLESS I cannot finish your piece as agreed - you will be informed if this occurs.

  • I am not responsible for a commissioner's financial situation. Please plan your spending accordingly.

PROCESS ||

• Upon first contact, I will establish as many details about your commission as possible. This will include things like plot, characters, and specific details you would like to see in the final work. Please be as organized and detailed as possible.

  • If establishing plot/details/etc. takes more than ONE HOUR, you will be charged $20 for every hour thereafter spent discussing the piece. Your time and money are valuable, but so are mine.

  • Brainstorming/discussing/etc. will be billed alongside the final piece.

• Once details are decided upon, I will ask for your Paypal email and send a completed, itemized invoice to it. That invoice will link to this T.O.S. as well.

• Once paid, I will begin working on the commission. The average wait time is up to ONE MONTH unless stated otherwise. This can vary for longer pieces (over 2k), but you will always be kept up-to-date on the status of the timeline.

• When I have started your commission, I will send you a link to a Google Doc through your preferred method of contact. You may check in on this document and/or provide feedback at any time. If I have specific questions that have not already been answered, I will come to you with them myself. If you do not actively watch me work, I will check in when I have finished working for that time and inform you that there is more progress (like sending a WIP).

• When the piece is finished, I will ask for your final opinions on it, and if there is anything you'd like changed.
